As a Senior Online Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management of our online marketing channels regarding traffic generation and conversion rate optimization as well as other interesting tasks such as the development of the online marketing and a Brand Building driver.

Online Marketing Manager

Your tasks:

  • Development and control of our online marketing channels regarding traffic generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Budget and personal responsibility in the online marketing department.
  • Result analysis of the marketing channels.
  • Creation and implementation of online marketing projects using the current marketing trends.
  • Control of general projects of online marketing
  • Brief our graphic and content teams on a successful conduction of Email and Display campaigns
  • Provide our content team with user and search engine relevant information
  • Development of the online marketing area and a Brand Building driver

Your profile:

  • Previous work experience in the online marketing area is desired
  • University degree in Economics or similar studies
  • Sound knowledge of SEO, SEM, Display and CRM
  • Advanced use of onsite analytics programmes and their functioning
  • Analytic thinking and good command of numbers
  • Result-oriented, creative and effective working method
  • Flexibility, own initiative and high motivation
  • Interest in branding, quality and Home & Living areas
  • Team-oriented and interested in working with colleagues from other departments
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS office application and sound IT knowledge
  • Very good German and English knowledge
